Biography

I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). I received my Ph.D. degree at the Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2025, M.Phil. degree from Biomedical Engineering at Beihang University in 2021, and B.Eng. degree(Honor) from Biomedical Engineering at Hebei University of Technology in 2018. Before starting my Ph.D. study, I worked as a Research and Development (R&D) Engineer in the Cardiovascular R&D Department at Fosun Aitrox Co., Ltd., Shanghai, from 2021 to 2022.

My research interests broadly include image computing, signal processing, physiological system modeling, and their application in cardiology, neurology and neuroscience.

Recent Focus:

  1. Agentic AI for medicine, aiming to develop autonomous, decision-making AI systems that integrate multimodal clinical data, mechanistic models, and reinforcement learning for personalized diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment optimization
  2. AI for physiological simulation, including neural operators and reduced-order models for fast and accurate simulation of complex physiological flows
